WHICH DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

The personal data processed by P.A.R.O.S.H. are those provided to us by you when you purchase goods. P.A.R.O.S.H. may therefore collect data about you, for example, personal details such as name and surname, domicile and email address.

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes: 
- to provide you with services such as registration to the newsletter; 
- to manage your requests sent to our Customer Services.

The processing of your personal data is legitimate as it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to provide you with the service that you have specifically requested from us.
In addition, we carry out statistical surveys and analyses using data in aggregate form to understand how users interact with and use the Website, with a view to improving our offer and our services.

WHO WILL PROCESS YOUR DATA?

Your personal data are processed by duly trained staff of P.A.R.O.S.H. in the capacity of Data Controller. For organisational and functional requirements relating to the performance of the services, your data may also be processed by our suppliers. The latter have been assessed and chosen by P.A.R.O.S.H. due to their proven reliability and competence. Some of these entities may be based in non-EU states and, in such cases, your personal data is transferred to those countries in respect of the safeguards required by law.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We store your personal data for a limited period of time depending on the purposes for which they were collected, at the end of which your personal data will be erased or irreversibly anonymised. The storage period differs depending on the processing purpose: for example, data collected when purchasing goods are processed until all administrative and accounting formalities have been concluded and are then archived in conformity with local tax regulations (for ten years), while those used to send our newsletters to you are stored until you ask us to stop sending them.
